Frame Condé Nast Experience Store is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Pasticceria San Carlo café inside Frame is open from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Special opening hours can be negotiated upon request.

Is it possible to consult the permanent archives of the magazines?

Frame houses the complete archives of all of the magazines published in Italy by Condé Nast, from the nineteen-sixties to today.

You can visit the archives from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., from Monday to Saturday. Visiting the archives is absolutely free, but you must request an appointment by filling out our contact form and choosing “reserve archives” as the type of request. Go to contacts.

What kinds of products will I find at the Frame Experience Store?

At the Frame Experience Store, you will find limited-edition pieces as well as must-have objects from Condé Nast brands and a selection of trendy names. At Frame, you can also purchase all Condé Nast Italia magazines and a selection of international publications.

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return an item?

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of date of purchase by bringing the receipt. The packaging and product must be all there, with no signs of wear and tear, complete with original label and price tag. Is Frame accessible to those with disabilities?

All areas of Frame are on a single floor and can be accessed via a few steps at the entrance. Customers in wheelchairs can ring the front bell and Frame employees will assist with the stair lift. Our staff is available to assist in whatever you may need.

There is free WiFi throughout Frame.

Are pets allowed?

Pets can enter Frame or the café as long as they are on a leash or kept in one’s arms (for small animals).

How can I get to Frame?

Frame Condé Nast Experience Store is in Piazzale Luigi Cadorna 7 in Milan. Open map

The store can be easily reached by the M1 and M2 metro lines, getting out at Cadorna station, or by surface transport with buses 58, 61, 94 or tram 1.

Frame is right by the Ferrovie Nord Cadorna station, which also has the Malpensa Express line

There is also a taxi stand nearby, in front of the train station.
